* The NFL Draft was held over the weekend. I love watching it, but I really love the movie “Draft Day” with Kevin Costner. If you haven’t seen it, check out this 2014 film. It has some great actors in it, not to mention some football legends.

* Hope this month is positively aMAYzing!

* I don’t like it when people say, “Well, it could be worse!” when something awful happens. You know what, “It could have been a heck of a lot better!”

* Okay, it’s been a George Strait week for me with a little Bee Gees thrown in! I know it’s a crazy combination, but it works!

* Love this…. “Things I’m Super Good At”

1. Forgetting someone’s name ten seconds after they tell me.

2. Buying produce and throwing it away two weeks later.

3. Digging in the trash for the food box I just tossed because I forgot the directions.

4. Making plans and then immediately regretting making plans.

5. Leaving laundry in the dryer until it wrinkles and then turning on the dryer to de-wrinkle before forgetting it again.

* I just found out that the writers for “Avengers’ Endgame” stated that Captain Marvel could have withstood the power of the gauntlet and killed Thanos, which means Iron Man didn’t have to die! I am so bummed! The reason they said they went with Iron Man, other than the iconic line of “And I am Iron Man” and the great sacrifice of Tony Stark before he snapped his fingers, was that Captain Marvel was fighting too far away from Thanos and Iron Man! That also means Dr. Strange was wrong when he said there was only one scenario in which the Avengers won.

* And while we are on the subject of Marvel, I am not a fan of many of their spin-off movies. The only ones I have liked besides the beginning and end of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” are “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” cause you gotta love Tobey McGuire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland. And nobody can replace Chadwick Boseman as the Black Panther and Chris Evans as Captain America.
