HALLMARK CHRISTMAS MOVIES

Read online what America has rated as the Top 12 Hallmark Christmas movies by the viewership numbers over the last few years. (Please, keep in mind that this does not count the new movies for this year.)

Anyway, I am one of those people who love to watch the Hallmark Channel, not only during the Christmas season, but all year long, especially during the fall season! Soooo since I consider myself somewhat of an expert, I will now critique the Top 12 Christmas movies.

1. The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is my sister’s favorite Hallmark Christmas movie ever! I love it because Henry Winkler (Uncle Ralph) is a hoot!

2. Christmas Under Wraps is summed up in the line, “That’s Garland for ya!”

3. My Christmas Love is one of my all-time favorites. Cute story, and it gets bonus points for having Gregory Harrison in it. I look forward to watching this one a few times every year.

4. Christmas at Cartwright’s would not be in my top picks. Nicky is not very convincing as a department store Santa.

5. Journey Back to Christmas is about a World War II nurse that is magically transported into the future. I love the nostalgia of this film.

6. A Royal Christmas would not be in my Top 12.

7. The Christmas Card is about a soldier who receives a Christmas card from a stranger while he is serving in Afghanistan. After his tour of duty is over, he goes looking for her. I watch this at least once during the Christmas season.

8. The Christmas Train stars Dermot Mulroney, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Danny Glover, and if that is not enough, Joan Cusack is in it!

9. The Christmas Ornament is a nice movie, and I do like Cameron Mathison. I will watch this a time or two during the holiday season.

10. A Heavenly Christmas is one I have watched, but it wouldn’t be in my Top 12.
