The 129th Graduating Class of Stockton High School will receive their diplomas this Saturday, May 11th, at 2:00 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.

The young ladies and gentlemen will walk into the school for the last time as a class to the traditional “Pomp and Circumstance.” Superintendent Sarah Armstrong will welcome family, friends, and the community to the event before the SHS choir performs its selection for the occasion, “A Million Dreams.”

Next, Mrs. Mandi Dobson will introduce this year’s Salutatorian and Valedictorian.

After their speeches, a senior video will be shown with a special presentation from the Class of 2024. The seniors have chosen the Fleetwood Mac song “Landslide” for this special moment.

Senior class president Claire Plumer will then introduce guest speaker, teacher Crystal Dunlap, to the audience. After her talk, the graduates will receive their diplomas from USD 271 Board of Education members Jessy Maddy and Spencer Hilbrink.

Then high school principal Lindsay Cravens will officially present the 2024 Graduating Class to family and friends.
