The National Weather Service in Hastings is hosting “virtual” Severe Weather Awareness presentations on March 1st, 3rd, 9th, 11th, 22nd, 23rd and 24th. Each session will begin at 7:00 p.m.

There will be a government surplus commodities distribution on Monday, February 22nd for those in the Plainville and Stockton areas. Plainville will hold its distribution on Monday, February 22nd from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
